All orders generally ship within five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom items will be shipped as soon as they are completed, which typically is within 2-3 weeks of purchasing, but could take longer depending on the specific order requirements. All items are shipped via USPS. The Witch Source is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. All domestic shipments are made via USPS, and may be tracked with a location once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped. International packages are seldom trackable once they leave the USA borders, even with purchased tracking. We will not be responsible for any associated customs fees.
